How does it work?
1. We discuss your goals and training history by phone/video call
2. You receive your training plan on Nolio
3. You'll have ongoing communication via text, phone, and video call with your coach. As much as needed
4. Your training schedule is continuously updated by your coach
5. Have a detailed race planning with your coach, including nutrition concepts and mental preparation
Your training plan will be published on the Nolio app/platform
Get analytics about your training (training load, etc.)
Your paces and training zones automatically calculated
+ Under every workout, your coach will add its specific goal(s) (in the context of your overall plan), as well as some crucial guidelines when necessary.

We have worked together and trained with some of the best athletes, coaches and physiotherapists in the world. We are a goldmine of all kind of running knowledge which we'd love to share with you.
We love accompagnying each runner in their personal journey, no matter their level. We know what it takes to achieve great running results and we'd love to help you achieve your running goal(s) as well.
Our training phylosophy is the one that made our current athletes win medals at the global stage, but adapted to your level. It is volume and threshold (zone 3) focused. However, don't expect a uniquely developed training method by some random running guru. It's simply the training phylosophy that most of the elite (middle-) distance runners apply. Robust and effective.
