About John Heymans

John Heymans is a middle-distance runner and Olympic 5000m finalist. Originally a field hockey player, he took up running at 19, and within just six years, he qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympics, finishing 11th in the 5000m final.

With a deep understanding of training, nutrition, and recovery, John blends his elite athletic experience with scientific knowledge to help runners train smarter and perform better.

Beyond the track, John is a social media personality and industry pioneer, known for his engaging content that makes high-performance running fun and relatable. He’s also a sought-after speaker at sports, business, and AI events, inspiring others with his unique approach to training and success.
